MIDDLEEAST TYCOON NEWS DESK: Major General Iraj Masjedi made a strong statement during a memorial ceremony for martyrs Seyed Hassan Nasrallah, the former Hezbollah secretary general, and Major General Abbas Nilforoshan, a senior commander of the IRGC Quds Force, who were killed in an Israeli airstrike in September.
Masjedi emphasized the deep legacy and resilience of these martyrs, underscoring Iran’s stance that any threat from Israel would be met with a robust retaliation. He declared that adversaries cannot threaten Iran and undermine its interests while expecting restraint in return.
The IRGC commander reaffirmed Iran’s commitment to fully supporting the Islamic Resistance Front, including Hezbollah, Hamas, and allied forces, promising a resolute response to any act of aggression from Israel.
In related remarks, Admiral Shahram Irani, Commander of the Islamic Republic of Iran Navy, stressed that Iran’s military forces are fully prepared to confront and decisively respond to any external threats.
