MIDDLEEAST TYCOON NEWS DESK:Medical sources in Gaza reported Tuesday that Israeli strikes have killed 70 Palestinians within 24 hours in the besieged territory.
Among the casualties, over two dozen Palestinians, including 13 children, died in attacks on Beit Lahiya in northern Gaza. Many civilians remain trapped beneath the rubble of collapsed buildings, with rescue efforts ongoing.
Dr. Hossam Abu Safiya, director of Kamal Adwan Hospital—the last operational hospital in northern Gaza—shared a live video showing Israel’s bombardment of the facility. His footage reveals the upper floors being struck as nurses and wounded patients flee the intensifying shelling.
“Patients and children are fleeing amid the bombardment of our hospital and water tanks by the Israeli forces. It’s as if the siege wasn’t enough; now patients and doctors risk dying of thirst,” Abu Safiya wrote.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, the conflict, which escalated in October last year, has resulted in approximately 43,400 deaths and over 102,000 injuries across the territory.
